A 2 hour, in depth reading exploring who you are, why you’re here, what blocks you and how you can heal.
Kate has developed her intuition over decades of working in this field, to read you like a manual & draw your energy field.
She can feel how you feel now, trace that back through your history to see why you developed the coping strategies you have, what your true self wants to express right now and what would support you to shift from your patterns of fight or flight and into FLOW.
Each person has a different strategy to navigate the challenges specific to their upbringing and experiences. These behaviour patterns have kept us safe, but also stifle our relationships & leave parts of us unseen or feeling unfulfilled
Kate draws the colours and patterns of your energy field in two different states. One when you are in a flow state and one in an every day state with defensive behaviour patterns. It is extremely helpful to have a visual and an overall perspective.

Shamanic Healing
Energy blocks can be removed, parts of your soul returned, repairs to your energy field made and healing on an ancestral level done. The session lasts 90 minutes.
Shamanism is the oldest form of healing and is found independently in every ingenious culture in the world. Shamanism is rooted in animism, an understanding that everything is alive, has spirit and is connected. Shamanic healing works on the spiritual / emotional plane to affect the physical
To feel fully supported, an in person appointment is advised.
The practitioner is a channel and the healing work carried out by the oneness, the BIG love, the wise and well ancestors and divine beings. This can sound non rational in a modern context, but in my exploration of shamanic work, I have experienced the immense love that has been reported time and time again by people who have come close to death, or had a heightened spiritual experience. This love is there for us all- all the time. It is a ubiquitous experience across all spiritual beliefs and human history. It unifies us.
