Sauna, somatic yoga & yoga nidra. Want to feel tension melt like butter? So relaxed you feel like you’ve been at a spa for a week? This is for you!
In somatic yoga, you don’t hold postures, it is pure relaxation, ease & release. Very accessible & open to all. If you can get up & down off the floor- you can do this class.
Not only will you be super chilled, but somatic yoga is very healing, both emotionally & physically. What a way to start the week.
Sauna at 4pm, Class 5.15pm till 6.15pm. Sona Sauna Ventry beach, Class in Ventry Halla.
We’ll get cosy! Bring a blanket, yoga mat, water & a hat or hot water bottle if you’re planning on a sea swim.
Must book the Friday before the Sunday to guarantee a place in the sauna.
