This 2 day retreat is for anyone who would like to further their shamanic practice & develop their intuition.
We will be exploring how the divine above & land below connect through our bodies to bring healing to ourselves & others.
We will develop our relationship to the directions & discover what allies we have to call upon.
We will ground our practice through somatic awareness, to make sure we are robust in our core nature & can bring that to our healing.
There will be many journeys on this weekend, so prior knowledge is advised, but not necessarily essential.
We will be in a beautiful, natural location, not far from the sea.
We will have a small group, ensuring personal attention & support.
Bring lunch for the first day. Lunch will be provided to share together on Sunday.
